减轻应激训练联合穴位按摩在肝癌介入治疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨减轻应激训练联合穴位按摩在肝癌介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2023年10月该院收治的122例肝癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施减轻应激训练联合穴位按摩,2组患者均持续护理干预至患者出院。比较2组创伤后应激反应、疼痛情况、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理后肝炎应激量表、疼痛数字评分法[(22.04±2.65)、(1.13±0.21)分]均低于对照组[(31.51±2.79)、(2.64±0.57)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后健康调查简表中各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度中各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 减轻应激训练联合穴位按摩可减轻肝癌介入治疗患者创伤后应激反应和疼痛,有效调节患者不良心理状态,促进患者生活质量改善和提升,从而获得更高的患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of stress reduction training combined with acupressure in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing interventional therapy.Methods A total of 122 patients with liver cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 6 patients in the observation group received stress reduction training combined with acupressure on the basis of routine nursing.Patients in both groups received continuous nursing intervention until they were discharged from hospital.The post-traumatic stress reaction,pain,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of PSSH and NRS in the observation group were(22.04±2.65)points and(1.13±0.21)points,which were lower than those in the control group(31.51±2.79)points and(2.64±0.57)points(P<0.05).The scores of interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive symptoms and hostile attitude in the post-nursing mental health scale(SCL-90)of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,mental health and physiological function in the SF-36 were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than(P<0.05).Conclusion Stress reduction training combined with acupressure can alleviate post-traumatic stress reaction and pain in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with interventional therapy,effectively regulate their adverse psychological state,and promote the improvement of patients′quality of life,thus obtaining higher patient satisfaction.
