摘　　要：调查研究是海洋文化遗产保护和传承的基础,也是目前较为薄弱的领域。既有的文化遗产调查大多以价值导向、行业导向、名录导向和消费导向展开,取得了显著成效。海洋文化遗产是具有独特风格的遗产形态,这些既有方法不能完全适用于其历史文化价值的挖掘。因此,不拘泥于单一导向,从元问题出发,遵循“审慎舍弃”原则,围绕“三板块”和“六要素”展开调查研究,回到海洋文化遗产生成的现场与本源,发掘海洋文化遗产各要素之间的关系,可以为探索海洋文化遗产的挖掘、保护与活化利用提供国家战略、文化体制改革以及学术创新等层面的参考。Investigation is the basis for the protection and inheritance of marine cultural heritage,and it is a relatively weak field at present.Most of the existing cultural heritage investigations are value-oriented,industry-oriented,list-oriented,and consumption-oriented,and achieve remarkable results.However,marine cultural heritage,with its unique style and cultural value,cannot be fully explored using existing investigation methods to uncover its historical and cultural value.Therefore,the investigation should not stick to a single orientation,but start from meta-questions,follow the principle of“prudent abandonment”,and focus on the“three sectors”and the“six elements”,so as to return to the site and origin of the generation of marine cultural heritage,explore the relationship between various elements of marine cultural heritage,so it can provide national strategy,cultural system reform,academic innovation and other aspects of reference for exploring the excavation,protection,and utilization of marine cultural heritage.
