摘 要:为提高奶酪包装壳的吹塑成型效率,选用HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)作为包装壳材料,并将片材温度、吹塑压力、片材厚度作为设计变量。以吹塑成型时间最短和制品壁厚方差最小为优化目标,采用最优拉丁方设计试验表,在Polyflow软件中进行仿真实验,得出实验结果。通过应用径向基函数神经网络建立近似模型,并利用多岛遗传算法进行优化,最终获得最优工艺参数组合:A(吹塑压力)=1 MPa,B(片材温度)=240℃,C(片材厚度)=1 mm。采用该最优工艺参数组合进行仿真实验,得到最短吹塑时间为0.0547 s。研究结果表明,通过合理设置工艺参数,可以使吹塑成型时间缩短34%,从而提高制品的生产效率。In order to enhance the blow molding efficiency of cheese packaging shells,this study selected HDPE(high density polyethylene)as the material for the packaging shells and considered sheet temperature,blow molding pressure,and sheet thickness as design variables.The optimization objectives were to minimize the blow molding time and the variance of the product wall thickness.An optimal Latin square design experiment table was employed,and simulation experiments were conducted in Polyflow software to obtain the experimental results.An approximate model was established by applying radial basis function neural networks,and optimization was performed using a multi-island genetic algorithm.The optimal combination of process parameters was ultimately determined as follows:A(blow molding pressure)=1 MPa,B(sheet temperature)=240℃,C(sheet thickness)=1 mm.Simulation experiments conducted with this optimal parameter combination yielded the shortest blow molding time of 0.0547 s.The study concluded that by appropriately setting the process parameters,the blow molding time could be reduced by 34%,thereby improving the production efficiency of the products.
