摘  要:Lactate,a product of aerobic glycolysis,is frequently elevated in tumor cells due to the Warburg effect and frequent hypoxia[1].This functionally versatile molecule not only serves as a critical energy source and a building block for gluconeogenesis but also acts as a signaling molecule,regulating many cellular functions[2].Furthermore,lactate can be converted into lactyl-coenzyme A(CoA),which then donates the lactyl group for the lactylation of lysine residues in proteins such as histones to regulate protein interactions and functions[3].
