摘　　要：行业培训机构是干部教育培训的重要渠道之一,开展行业培训机构办学质量评估是提高干部教育培训质量的重要抓手。在把握坚持政治标准,突出为党育才、为党献策的初心使命,坚持科学性,注重系统性,突出特点和可操作性原则的基础上,构建了行业培训机构办学质量评估指标体系。提出在应用指标体系开展评估工作中,应加强组织领导,强化顶层设计,突出以教学为中心的评估重点,重视对人才队伍的评估,提升办学质量评估科学化、专业化水平,建立长效机制,同时应随着发展实际不断修改完善指标体系,使其符合行业培训机构实际。Industry training institutions are one of the important channels for cadre education and training.Conducting evaluations of the quality of education in these institutions is a crucial means to improve the quality of cadre education and training.Based on adhering to political standards,emphasizing the original mission of culti-vating talent and providing counsel for the Party,and upholding principles of scientific rigor,systematic focus,distinct characteristics,and practicality,an evaluation index system for the quality of education in industry train-ing institutions has been constructed.In applying this index system for evaluation,it is essential to strengthen or-ganizational leadership,enhance top-level design,focus on teaching-centered evaluation priorities,emphasize the assessment of talent teams,elevate the scientific and professional level of education quality evaluation,and establish long-term mechanisms.Simultaneously,the index system should be continuously revised and improved in line with actual developments to align with the realities of industry training institutions.
