乡村振兴视域下文化阵地建设路径探究——以山东省安丘市为例

摘　　要：文化振兴是乡村振兴的灵魂,是全面推进乡村振兴的精神动力,而文化阵地建设是乡村文化振兴的重要载体。山东省安丘市以文化阵地建设为抓手,全面推进乡村文化振兴,取得了显著成效,但建设中仍存在价值认知与资源保护双重缺失、人才匮乏与社会参与不足、群众参与被动及能动性欠缺、资源分配不均与效能低下等问题。本文立足于县域实地调研情况,提出应保护与开发并重、构建文化人才体系、丰富文化活动和强化多元保障机制,力求探索出符合县域特点和优势的乡村文化阵地建设之路。Cultural revitalization is the soul of rural revitalization and the spiritual driving force for compre-hensively advancing rural revitalization,with cultural front construction serving as an important vehicle for rural cultural revitalization.In recent years,Anqiu City of Shandong Province,has made significant strides in com-prehensively advancing rural cultural revitalization by focusing on cultural front construction.However,challen-ges such as value cognition biases and inadequate resource protection,talent shortages and insufficient social participation,passive public engagement and lack of initiative,and uneven resource allocation and low efficiency still persist in the construction process.Based on field research at the county level,this paper proposes a bal-anced approach of protection and development,the construction of a cultural talent system,the enrichment of cultural activities,and the strengthening of diversified guarantee mechanisms.The aim is to explore a path for rural cultural front construction that aligns with the characteristics and advantages of the county.
