摘 要:研究聚焦中医药教育国际公共产品在数字化浪潮下的构建与供给,以国家一流专业的核心课程中医香疗学为范例深入剖析,从理论层面追溯中医药教育国际公共产品概念演进,深挖数字化资源在中医药教育领域应用潜质,解构数字化技术影响机制,探索中医香疗学中英教材编写和慕课制作的数字化构建与供给实践,并针对中医香疗学提出锚定国际市场与细分需求、加强品牌建设与国际合作、创新商业模式与营销渠道等市场拓展策略,以及优化课程体系与教学内容、强化师资队伍建设与国际交流、建立国际教育质量保障与认证体系等教育与推广措施,以推动中医药教育国际公共产品的有效供给,促进中医药文化的全球传播与发展。This study focuses on the construction and supply of international public goods in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)education amid the digital transformation,using Traditional Chinese Medicine Aromatherapy,a core course of a nationally recognized first-class program,as a case study.The paper traces the conceptual evolution of international public goods in TCM education from a theoretical perspective,explores the potential applications of digital resources in the field,and deconstructs the impact mechanisms of digital technologies.It further examines the digital development and delivery of bilingual textbooks and Massive Open Online Courses(MOOCs)for Traditional Chinese Medicine Aromatherapy.Based on these insights,the study proposes strategies for expanding market reach—such as targeting international markets and niche demands,strengthening brand development and global partnerships,and innovating business models and marketing channels.Additionally,it outlines educational and promotional measures,including optimizing curriculum and teaching content,enhancing faculty development and international collaboration,and establishing quality assurance and accreditation systems for global TCM education.These efforts aim to facilitate the effective supply of international public goods in TCM education and promote the global dissemination and development of TCM culture.
