摘　　要：肠道菌群与结肠炎的发生和发展密切相关。产肠毒素型脆弱拟杆菌分泌肠毒素可刺激机体引发结肠炎,而非产肠毒素型脆弱拟杆菌的Ⅵ型分泌系统和抗菌蛋白参与拟杆菌属间的相互竞争,其细菌产物多糖A、短链脂肪酸和α-半乳糖神经酰胺可介导与宿主间的有益作用。本文就非产肠毒素型脆弱拟杆菌的生物特性及其在结肠炎中的作用机制作一综述,以期为其未来作为益生菌的临床应用提供理论依据。The gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of colitis.Enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis secretes enterotoxins,which can stimulate the body to induce colitis,while the typeⅥsecretion system and antimicrobial proteins of non-enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis are engaged in competition among the Bacteroides.The bacterial products of non-enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis,such as polysaccharide A,short-chain fatty acids,andα-galactosylceramide,can mediate beneficial interactions with the host.This article reviewed the biological characteristics of non-enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis and its mechanism of action in colitis,with the aim of providing theoretical basis for its future clinical application as a probiotics.
