摘　　要：食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等消化系统肿瘤的患病率和死亡率日益上升,造成了极大的社会经济负担,阐述消化系统肿瘤的发生、发展机制并加以干预十分重要。肿瘤内微生物群是构成肿瘤微环境的微生物群体。近期研究发现,肿瘤内微生物群可以通过促进肿瘤细胞的DNA损伤和突变、增殖和转移以及影响肿瘤免疫微环境等方式调控肿瘤的生物学行为,可能是消化系统肿瘤发生、发展的关键机制之一。本文就消化系统肿瘤内微生物的研究进展作一综述。Digestive system tumors,such as esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer,and pancreatic cancer,represent a yearly increase in their incidence and mortality rates,causing tremendous social economic burdens.Therefore,it is vital to elucidate the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and development of digestive system tumors and take corresponding intervention measures.The intratumoral microbiome forms an integral part of the tumor microenvironment.Recent studies have found that the intratumoral microbiome can regulate the biological behavior of tumors in multiple ways,including promoting DNA damage and mutations,facilitating tumor cell proliferation and metastasis,and influencing the tumor immune microenvironment.It is likely one of the key mechanisms in the development of digestive system tumors.This article reviewed the research progress on intratumoral microorganisms in digestive system tumors.
