大学生创新创业能力提升的影响因素及优化路径研究

摘  要:为探讨影响大学生创新创业能力提升的关键因素并提出有效优化路径,采用问卷调查法收集数据,运用主成分分析方法进行分析,提取影响大学生创新创业能力提升的主要因素:课程体系的科学性、实践平台的推动、资源保障及团队协作与跨学科交流,即课程体系优化是提升其创新创业能力的核心,实践平台的完善是关键支撑,资源保障是重要基础,团队协作与跨学科交流是不可或缺的辅助因素。基于此,提出加强课程体系建设,注重理论与实践结合;完善实践平台,提供多样化的实践机会;强化资源保障,提升政策支持和资金获取效率;促进团队协作与跨学科交流,培养学生综合能力等优化路径。In order to explore the key influencing factors of the improvement of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability and put forward an effective optimization path,the study collects data with questionnaire survey,analyzes with principal component analysis method,and extracts the main influencing factors of the improvement of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability:the scientific nature of the curriculum system,the promotion of the practice platform,the resource guarantee and the team cooperation and interdisciplinary communication,i.e.,the optimization of the curriculum system is the core of enhancing their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,the improvement of the practice platform is the key support,the resource guarantee is the important foundation,and the team cooperation and interdisciplinary communication are indispensable auxiliary factors.Based on this,it is suggested to promote the construction of curriculum system,and pay attention to the combination of theory and practice;improve the practice platform,and provide diversified practice opportunities;strengthen the resource security,and improve the efficiency of policy support and capital acquisition;promote team cooperation and interdisciplinary communication,and cultivate students’comprehensive ability.
