美术专业大学生职业规划影响因素研究

摘　　要：选取美术专业在校大学生进行问卷调研,通过数据统计和实证分析探究美术专业大学生职业规划的影响因素。结果表明,学生的整体职业生涯规划得分较高,且在不同年级和是否为班干部上存在显著差异性,且高年级、有班干部经历学生的职业规划能力得分更高。心理素质、信息搜集、问题解决、目标韧性均是美术专业大学生职业规划的重要影响因素,且信息搜集和问题解决的权重系数较大。基于此,应拓宽学生未来职业规划发展的信息渠道,帮助学生明确职业目标规划,增强其抗挫能力。The study selects students majoring in fine arts to conduct questionnaire survey,and explores the influencing factors of career planning of fine arts students through data statistics and empirical analysis.The results show that the overall career planning scores of students are higher.There are significant differences in different grades and whether they are class leaders.And the career planning ability scores of senior students and students with class leaders experience are higher.Psychological quality,information collection,problem solving and goal resilience are all important influencing factors of the career planning of fine arts majors,and the weight coefficients of information collection and problem solving are large.Based on this,it is necessary to broaden the information channels for students’future career planning and development,help students to clarify their career goal planning,and enhance their ability to resist setbacks.
