摘 要:教育家精神是我国教育强国发展的内在要求,也是高校教师强化教学管理的重要动力与方向。高校教师集体效能感能够提升高校整体教学质量,增强教师队伍的积极性与主动性。为验证教育家精神对高校教师集体效能感的影响,以西安市高校教师为调研对象,对其进行问卷调研与实证回归分析的结果显示,学历越高、职称越高的高校教师越能感悟到教育家精神的内涵与时代价值,高校集体效能感各方面指标得分也更高。道德素养、知识素养、能力素养、心理素养等教育家精神对教师合作互助等集体效能感具有正向促进作用。Educator’s spirit is the internal requirement for the development of China’s education power.It is also an important driving force and direction for college teachers to strengthen teaching management.The collective efficacy of teachers in colleges and universities can improve the overall teaching quality,and enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers.In order to verify the influence of educator spirit on the collective efficacy of college teachers,the study conducts questionnaire survey and empirical regression analysis on college teachers in Xi’an.The results show that college teachers with higher education and professional titles can feel the connotation of educator spirit and the value of The Times,and the scores of all aspects of college collective efficacy are also higher.Educator’s spirit,such as moral accomplishment,knowledge accomplishment,ability accomplishment and psychological accomplishment,plays a positive role in promoting teachers’collective efficacy,such as cooperation and mutual assistance.
