大数据时代高校学生管理工作现状与路径研究

摘  要:通过问卷调研形式探讨大数据发展时代背景下高校学生管理工作的发展现状,分别从课堂学习氛围、学生成绩考核、学习资源和学校安全4个方面详细分析高校在学生管理方面存在的不足。结果表明,多数学生认为课堂学习氛围比较活跃,偶尔有互动。学生满意高校目前的考试形式,但不认为考核方式能够全面反映学生的学习成果。高校线下学习资源相对丰富,多数学生选择了非常满意和比较满意。治安方面,90.37%的学生认为学校处理得较好。学生管理工作与大数据的融合可以有效提升高校管理效率,为了进一步完善高校对学生的管理,提出了相应的发展路径,从而保障学生更好地发展。The study discusses the current situation of student management in colleges and universities in the era of big data development through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the shortcomings of student management in colleges and universities from classroom learning atmosphere,student performance assessment,learning resources and school safety.The results show that most students believe the classroom learning atmosphere to be active and occasionally interactive.Students are satisfied with the current examination form of colleges and universities,but do not think that the assessment method can fully reflect students’learning outcomes.The offline learning resources of colleges and universities are relatively rich,and most students choose to be very satisfied and relatively satisfied.In terms of security,90.37%of students think that the school has handled it well.The integration of student management and big data can effectively improve the management efficiency of colleges and universities.In order to further improve the management of students in colleges and universities,corresponding development paths are proposed,so as to ensure better development of students.
