摘　　要：聚焦于大数据背景下高职院校学生的职业决策行为模式,探讨理智与情感双重因素其对决策过程的影响。在综述大数据技术在高职院校学生职业决策中的应用现状及其对高职院校学生决策行为潜在影响的基础上,通过实证分析识别出高职院校学生在职业决策过程中常见的行为模式,并进一步分析影响这些行为模式的关键因素,包括信息的理性分析、职业规划等理智因素及心理需求与社会影响等情感因素,揭示了大数据在高职院校学生职业决策中的重要支持作用,提出优化职业决策行为的相应策略,以期帮助高职院校学生更合理地做出适合个体发展的职业决策。The study focuses on the vocational decision-making behavior mode of higher vocational students under the background of big data,and discusses the influence of reason and emotion on the decision-making process.Then the study summarizes the application status of big data technology in career decision making and its potential influence on the decision making behavior of vocational students.Through empirical analysis,the study identifies common behavioral patterns in vocational decisions,and further analyzes the key factors influencing these patterns,including rational factors,such as rational analysis of information,career planning,and emotional factors,such as psychological needs and social influences.The results reveal the important role of big data in supporting vocational students’career decisions,and propose corresponding strategies to optimize vocational decision-making behavior,so as to provide practical advice for higher vocational colleges and students to help them make more rational career decisions suitable for individual development.
