中小企业知识搜索、创新活动与创新绩效研究

摘　　要：知识搜索是中小企业获取创新资源的重要手段,研发创新和非研发创新是中小企业创新的两种重要形式。为分析知识搜索和创新活动如何影响中小企业创新绩效,本文使用346家中小企业的调查数据,运用结构方程模型,研究正式搜索和非正式搜索、研发创新和非研发创新对中小企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明:正式搜索对中小企业创新绩效的影响呈倒U型,非正式搜索对中小企业创新绩效有显著的正向影响,两者在影响中小企业创新绩效的过程中是互补关系;研发创新和非研发创新在知识搜索影响中小企业创新绩效过程中发挥中介作用。基于此,建议中小企业积极开展正式搜索和非正式搜索,充分发挥两种搜索的协同效应;注重研发创新的同时,也要发挥非研发创新的作用;关注知识搜索和创新活动匹配,优化中小企业转型升级途径。Knowledge search is an important means for SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)to access innovation resources,and R&D innovation and non-R&D innovation are two important forms in SME.In order to analyze how knowledge search and innovation activities affect SMEs’innovation performance,this paper uses survey data from 346 SMEs and applies structural equation modeling to investigate the effects of formal and informal search,R&D innovation and non-R&D innovation on SMEs’innovation performance.The results of the study show that:formal search has an inverted U-shaped impact on SMEs’innovation performance,informal search has a significant positive impact on SMEs’innovation performance,and the two are complementary in the process of affecting SMEs’innovation performance;R&D innovation and non-R&D innovation play a mediating role in the process of knowledge search affecting SMEs’innovation performance.Based on this,it is suggested that SMEs should actively engage in both formal and informal search and fully utilize the synergistic effects of both types of search.While SMEs focus on R&D innovation,they should also pay attention to non-R&D innovation.SMEs should focus on matching knowledge search and innovation activities to optimize the transformation and upgrading path of SMEs.
