摘　　要：涉刑事案件财物价格认定是价格认定工作的重要组成部分,指在涉案财物金额直接影响犯罪嫌疑人(被告人)定罪量刑时,针对“价格不明、价格有争议”的情况,价格认定机构依法、公正、科学地对涉嫌刑事案件财物价格进行认定的行为。进入新时代,价格认定机构积极适应我国刑事诉讼制度的完善,不断进行技术规范,提升工作质效,防范业务风险,扎实开展涉刑事案件财物价格认定工作。本文在深入分析涉刑事案件财物价格认定工作面临挑战的基础上,提出做好“三个衔接”,持续推动涉案财物价格认定工作在维护司法公平正义、建设“平安中国”、构建和谐社会方面发挥重要的作用。Price authentication of property involved in criminal cases is an important part of price authentication work.It refers to the act of legally,impartially,and scientifically determining the price of property involved in criminal cases when the amount of the property directly affects the conviction and sentencing of the suspect(defendant),especially in cases where the price is unclear or controversial.In the new era,price authentication institutions actively adapt to the improvement of China's criminal litigation system,continuously standardize their technical procedures,enhance work efficiency,and guard against business risks,thereby solidly carrying out the price authentication work for property involved in criminal cases.Based on an in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by price authentication of property involved in criminal cases,this paper proposes to fulfill“three connections”to continuously promote the important role of price authentication work in maintaining judicial fairness and justice,building a“Safe China,”and fostering a harmonious society.
