摘　　要：在全球化进程加速及环保意识日益增强的背景下,ESG成为衡量企业长期价值与社会责任的关键指标,深刻影响企业市场竞争力、声誉及投资者的决策、融资成本与风险管理能力。本文聚焦企业ESG(环境、社会及公司治理)表现对其价值增长的影响效应。研究发现:ESG表现与企业长期价值增长呈显著正相关关系,良好的ESG表现通过降低融资成本、防控潜在风险、提升创新能力等方面促进企业价值增长。基于此,从微观视角,企业应积极构建战略驱动的ESG治理体系,形成“ESG表现—降低融资成本”的正向激励体系;从中观视角,政府及监管部门应推动企业从“合规披露”向“高质量披露”转型;从宏观视角,应关注全球治理格局、市场机制、社会参与及技术创新等多维力量,加强对ESG信息披露的协同作用。Against the backdrop of the accelerated process of globalization and the growing awareness of environmental protection,ESG has become a crucial indicator for measuring a company’s long-term value and social responsibility.It profoundly influences a company’s market competitiveness,reputation,investors’decision-making,financing costs,and risk management.This paper focuses on the impact of a company’s ESG(Environmental,Social,and Governance)performance on its value growth.The research findings show that there is a significantly positive correlation between ESG performance and a company’s long-term value growth.Good ESG performance promotes a company’s value growth by reducing financing costs,preventing and controlling potential risks,and enhancing innovation capabilities,among other aspects.Based on this,from a micro perspective,enterprises should actively build an ESG governance system driven by strategy and establish a positive incentive system of“ESG performance-reducing financing costs”.From a meso perspective,the government and regulatory authorities should facilitate the transformation of enterprises from“compliance-based disclosure”to“high-quality disclosure”.From a macro perspective,we should pay attention to the multi-dimensional forces such as the global governance pattern,market mechanisms,social participation,and technological innovation,and strengthen the collaborative role in ESG information disclosure.
