摘  要:高温环境极易导致机体损伤和作业能力下降。近年来,全球气候变暖导致持续高温和极端高温天气出现,中暑发病率日益增长,因此寻找有效的预防和治疗方法变得尤为重要。食物和中药中的一些成分能有效预防和治疗高温损伤,其作用机制受到广泛关注。本文对近年来用于防治中暑的药食同源中药及其作用机制进行综述,以期为临床应用研究提供理论支持。High temperature environment is highly susceptible to organismal injury and reduced operational capacity.In recent years,global warming led to persistent high temperature and extreme hot weather,and the incidence of heatstroke was increasing.Current studies found that some ingredients in food and Chinese materia medica can effectively prevent and treat heat injury,and their action mechanisms received widespread attention.To provide theoretical support for clinical application research,this paper reviewed the recent medicinal and edible herbs used for the prevention and treatment of heatstroke,as well as their action mechanism.
