摘　　要：抑郁症是一种常见的心境障碍或情感性障碍,已经成为残疾的主要原因,影响着全球数亿人的健康。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,ω-3 PUFAs)对中枢神经系统的发育和功能起着重要作用,ω-3 PUFAs与抑郁症之间存在联系,可能对抑郁症具有良好的治疗作用。本文主要综述了关于ω-3PUFAs对抑郁症作用的研究,分析ω-3 PUFAs对抑郁症作用的可能机制。ω-3 PUFAs对抑郁症的作用机制,尤其是对肠道菌群-肠-脑轴的影响可能是未来的研究方向。Depressive disorder,a common mood disorder or affective disorder,has become a major cause of disability,affecting the health status of hundreds of millions of people worldwide.ω-3 Polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFAs)are critical for the development and function of the central nervous system.Previous studies found thatω-3 PUFAs were associated with depression and might be a therapeutical intervention for depression.We mainly outline research progress on anti-depression effects ofω-3 PUFAs,and analyze the possible anti-depression mechanism ofω-3 PUFAs.The specific mechanism ofω-3 PUFAs action on the depressive disorder,especially the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis may be the future research direction.
