摘　　要：血浆脂蛋白a水平的增高是引发动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的独立危险因素。高水平的脂蛋白a会通过介导炎症反应、促进血栓形成、平滑肌细胞增殖等机制增加心血管疾病的罹患率,而较低水平的脂蛋白a有保护心肌的作用。他汀类等常规降脂药物很难有效降低血浆脂蛋白a水平,不能完全避免心血管不良事件的发生。前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)抑制剂、PCSK9小干扰RNA、反义寡核苷酸、氧化磷脂抗体等新型治疗药物逐渐成为众多研究者的关注点。然而大部分药物目前仍处于临床研究阶段,具体疗效尚不完全明确。本文针对降低脂蛋白a的新型药物研究进展作一综述。Elevated plasma lipoprotein(a)levels are an independent risk factor for arterosclerotic cardiovascular disease.Higher levels of lipoprotein(a)increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases through mechanisms such as mediating inflammatory responses,promoting thrombosis,and stimulating smooth muscle cell proliferation.while,lower levels have a protective effect on the myocardium.Conventional lipid⁃lowering drugs such as statins are often ineffective in significantly reducing plasma lipoprotein(a)levels and cannot completely prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events.Novel therapeutic drugs such as the proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9)inhibitors,PCSK9 small interfering RNA,antisense oligonucleotides,and oxidized phospholipid antibodies have gradually drawn the attention of numerous researchers.However,most of these drugs are still in the clinical research stage,and their specific efficacy is not fully understood.This article provides a review of the research progress on novel drugs for reducing lipoprotein(a)levels.
