成功智力理论助力新时代高校外语人才培养的若干思考

摘　　要：斯腾伯格成功智力理论理念先进、指向成功,对我国高校外语人才培养具有一定的理论指导意义。建议各高校因校制宜,优化外语人才培养方案,把成功智力理论贯穿其中,关注人类的终极教育目标。成功智力理论视域下,为了培养质量更高、综合素质更好的外语专门人才,高校外语教师也要树立正确的智力观,努力提升文化素养和专业素养。Stenberg's theory of successful intelligence is advanced and directed to success,and it has certain theoretical significance for the cultivation of foreign language talents in Chinese universities.It is suggested that colleges and universities should enhance the foreign language talent cultivation according school conditions,put the theory of successful intelligence through them,and pay attention to the ultimate educational goal of human beings.Under the perspective of successful intelligence theory,in order to cultivate foreign language specialists with higher quality and better comprehensive quality,foreign language teachers in colleges and universities should set up a correct view of intelligence,strive to improve their cultural literacy and professionalism.
