摘　　要：目前,英语教学呈多元化发展趋势,加强教师专业发展已成为提升教学质量的关键。为应对多元化的英语教学趋势,教师除了要强化自身专业能力,也要注重终身发展,强化自身的语言、跨文化教学等专业领域的技能,努力向着国际化、创新型教师的方向发展。At present,English teaching is developing in a diversified way,strengthening teachers'professional development has become the key to improve teaching quality.In order to cope with the diversified trend of English teaching,teachers should not only strengthen their professional competence,but also pay attention to their lifelong development and strengthen their skills in professional fields such as language and cross-cultural teaching,so as to strive to develop in the direction of international and innovative teachers.
