摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对个人知识管理,提供一种学习难度适中、功能齐全、安全可靠的个人知识管理工具,以期提升个人或团队知识管理水平。[方法/过程]首先,构建个人知识实践框架,并提出获取知识、整理知识、吸收知识和应用知识个人知识管理4项基本过程以及理想的个人知识管理工具应满足的主要功能需求。然后,介绍使用Zotero满足在获取知识、整理知识、吸收知识和应用知识阶段中的主要需求,包括获取网页信息、构建知识网络体系等,并介绍辅助翻译技术、AI技术在Zotero中的使用方法。最后,总结使用Zotero时应注意的问题,即需要遵守保密要求,重视元数据的完整性,定期回顾整理。[结果/结论]Zotero满足个人知识管理全过程需要,能够极大提高知识管理效率,适合作为个人的知识管理工具,应积极进行推广和应用。[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at personal knowledge management,this paper provides a personal knowledge management tool with moderate learning difficulty,complete functions,safety,and reliability,in order to improve the level of personal or team knowledge management.[Method/Process]Firstly,a personal knowledge practice framework was constructed,and the four basic processes of personal knowledge management,namely,acquiring knowledge,organizing knowledge,absorbing knowledge,and applying knowledge,as well as the main functional requirements that an ideal personal knowledge management tool should meet were proposed.Then,the main requirements of using Zotero in the stages of acquiring knowledge,organizing knowledge,absorbing knowledge,and applying knowledge are introduced,including acquiring Web page information and building a knowledge network system.The use of auxiliary translation technology and AI technology in Zotero is introduced.Finally,the issues that should be paid attention to when using Zotero were summarized,that is,the need to comply with confidentiality requirements,pay attention to the integrity of metadata,and review and organize regularly.[Result/Conclusion]Zotero meets the needs of the entire process of personal knowledge management,can greatly improve the efficiency of knowledge management,is suitable as a personal knowledge management tool,and should be actively promoted and applied.
