摘 要:为提升隧道超前小导管支护施工质量,文中以某公路单洞双车道隧道为例,通过MIDAS/GTS有限元软件建立三维数值计算模型,对隧道施工时超前小导管支护施工效果进行分析。结果表明,有、无超前小导管注浆加固对隧道围岩变形的影响较大,对地表的沉降量影响不明显;采用双排超前小导管支护后隧道拱顶的位移减小约21.9%,掌子面水平位移减小约44.1%;有、无超前小导管注浆对隧道水平收敛、拱顶隆起的影响也不显著。In order to improve the construction quality of tunnel advanced small conduit support,this paper takes a highway single-hole twolane tunnel as an example,and establishes a three-dimensional numerical calculation model by MIDAS/GTS finite element software to analyze the construction effect of advanced small conduit support during tunnel construction.The results show that the influence of small pipe grouting on the deformation of tunnel surrounding rock is great,and the influence on the surface settlement is not obvious.The displacement of the tunnel arch is reduced by 21.9%and the horizontal displacement of the palm surface is reduced by 44.1%.The influence of small pipe grouting with and without advance on tunnel horizontal convergence and vault uplift is not significant.
