摘　　要：在软土地质条件下进行大口径顶管施工时,科学选择顶管机型号至关重要,不仅能确保施工安全与质量,还能有效缩短施工周期,降低整体成本。文中结合具体工程案例,深入剖析了顶管施工的全过程,包括工作流程、关键施工控制点、顶进技术参数的分析与优化,以及针对施工难点与挑战的应对策略,旨在为类似工程提供宝贵的实践经验和参考依据,助力行业技术进步与发展。When carrying out large-diameter pipe jacking construction under soft soil geological conditions,it is crucial to scientifically select the type of pipe jacking machine.This not only ensures construction safety and quality,but also effectively shortens the construction period and reduces overall costs.The article combines specific engineering cases to deeply analyze the entire process of pipe jacking construction,including workflow,key construction control points,analysis and optimization of jacking technical parameters,as well as response strategies for construction difficulties and challenges.The aim is to provide valuable practical experience and reference for similar projects,and to assist in the technological progress and development of the industry.
