摘　　要：习近平总书记在长期的治国理政实践中,立足世情、国情、党情的深刻变化,形成了一整套科学系统的关于调查研究的重要论述,明确了调查研究的目的、本质、目标、制度等主体内容,为新时代、新形势、新任务下的高校思想政治教育工作的开展和各项工作稳步推进提供了行动指南和根本遵循。In the long-term practice of governance,General Secretary Xi Jinping has formed a set of scientific and systematic important expositions on investigation and research based on the profound changes in the world,national and party conditions.He clarifies the purpose,essence,objectives and systems of investigation and research,and provides action guidelines and fundamental guidelines for the development of ideological and political education in universities under the new era,new situation and new tasks and the steady progress of various tasks.
