摘　　要：医院历史文化是医院在多年发展历程中融合形成的、对全体职工有着潜移默化影响的精神文化,是医院文化的重要组成部分。本文结合郑州人民医院历史文化传承与创新具体实践,分析了医院历史文化传承创新发展的思路方法,阐述了医护人员传承医院文化的实践和行动,探索传承医院历史文化对推动医院健康可持续发展,以及医护人员医学人文精神的形成和发展所起的作用。The historical culture of a hospital is a spiritual culture that has been integrated and formed over the years of development,and has a subtle influence on all staff.It is an important component of hospital culture.This article combines the specific practice of inheriting and innovating the historical and cultural heritage of Zhengzhou People's Hospital,analyzes the ideas and methods of inheriting and innovating the hospital's historical and cultural heritage,elaborates on the practices and actions of medical staff in inheriting hospital culture,and explores the role of inheriting hospital historical and cultural heritage in the promotion of the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals,and in the formation and development of medical humanistic spirit among medical staff.
