摘　　要：本文分析了合成氨装置中变换炉布置和配管,介绍了变换工艺,变换炉的布置依据、原则、布置方式及平台和管口方位;又介绍了变换炉的管道特点和配管原则。通过规范及合理的设备布置和配管,确保装置的安全性和合理性。This article analyzes the layout and piping layout of the shift converter in the synthetic ammonia plant,introduces the shift process,introduces the layout basis,principles,layout methods,platform and pipe mouth orientation of the shift converter,and also introduces the pipeline characteristics and piping layout principles of the shift converter.Ensure the safety and rationality of the equipment through standardized and reasonable equipment layout and piping layout.
