摘  要:河北冀衡赛瑞化工有限公司循环水系统冷却塔由电力驱动风机进行冷却降温,共三台处理量1500m^(3)/h冷却塔,每年度满负荷运行时间达九个月以上,年度耗电约129000kW·h。为降低电力驱动风机成本,增加效益,在不改变循环水泵电流及相关工艺参数的前提下,对原冷却系统进行升级改造,将三塔中的两塔风机由电力驱动改造为水力驱动(水轮机)。改造后成功运行,证实了水轮机在化工企业循环水系统应用的可行性,达到了降本增效的目的。The cooling tower of the circulating water system of Hebei Jiheng Sairui Chemical Co.,Ltd.is cooled by electrically driven fans.There are three cooling towers with a processing capacity of 1500 m^(3)/h,which operate at full load for more than nine months each year and consume approximately 129000 KW·h of electricity annually.In order to reduce the cost of electrically driven fans and increase efficiency,the original cooling system was upgraded and modified without changing the current of the circulating water pump and related process parameters.Two of the three towers'fans were transformed from electrically driven to hydraulically driven(water turbines).The successful operation after the modification has confirmed the feasibility of using water turbines in the circulating water system of chemical enterprises and achieves the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
