摘  要:新政权接管企业的过程,也是中国共产党革命经验在企业中运用的过程。在新政权接管中国纺织建设公司初期,中国共产党的革命经验发挥了直接作用,随着接管工作进入管理阶段,以上经验逐渐显露不足,新政权开始对革命经验的运用方法进行调整。通过1950年底开展的“增纱运动”,新政权将政治动员与企业生产相结合,并辅之以适当的物质激励措施,极大激发了工人的生产热情。在不断的尝试与调整下,中国共产党的革命经验逐渐融入企业管理当中,深刻塑造了中华人民共和国企业的管理方式。The process of enterprises being taken over by the new regime was also a process of applying the CPC's revolutionary experience to enterprises.In the early stages of the new regime's takeover of China Textile Construction Company,the Party's revolutionary experience played a direct role.However,as the takeover work gradually entered the management phase,this experience began to fall short,prompting the new regime to adjust its approach to applying revolutionary experience.Through the "Increase Yarn Production Campaign" launched at the end of 1950,the new regime combined political mobilization with enterprise production,supplemented by appropriate material incentives,which greatly stimulated workers' enthusiasm for production.Through continuous experimentation and adjustment,the CPC's revolutionary experience was gradually integrated into the enterprise management,thus profoundly shaping the management style of enterprises in the People's Republic of China.
