摘　　要：中国传统政治制度文明是传统政治制度中积极成果与进步成分的集合,体现的是中华优秀传统文化在制度层面的精髓,具有历史价值、普遍价值与现代化价值。历史价值强调中国传统政治制度文明在历史语境中能够回应和解决中国前现代社会的问题,并能够在一定程度上呼应现时代的政治生活实践。普遍价值体现在中国传统政治制度文明能够以文化传承中的核心成分为治国理政、文明延续及解决中华民族发展不同阶段中的普遍问题提供有益镜鉴。现代化价值在于中国传统政治制度文明能够结合当代中国的实际需求,服务于中国的社会主义发展,推动国家治理、社会进步与现代化转型。中国传统政治制度文明作为历史的产物具有历史局限性,发挥其现代价值,关键在于立足现代中国的发展实践,处理好继承与创新的关系,对传统政治制度文明进行科学地改造和更新,使其在新的历史条件下重新焕发活力,推进“第二个结合”的发展进程。Chinese traditional political system civilization is a positive achievement and progressive component of traditional political system elements,reflecting the essence of excellent Chinese traditional culture at the institutional level.It has historical value,universal value,and modernization value.The historical value emphasizes its response to the problems of pre modern Chinese society in the historical context,as well as the attention of institutionalized civilization achievements to reality;The universal value is reflected in its ability to provide useful insights into the core components of cultural inheritance for governing the country,continuing civilization,and addressing common issues in different stages of the development of the Chinese nation;The value of modernization lies in the combination of institutional civilization achievements with the actual needs of contemporary China,serving the socialist development of modern China,promoting national governance,social progress,and modernization transformation.As a product of history,the traditional political system civilization of China has historical limitations.The key to realizing its modern value lies in based on the development practice of modern China,handling the relationship between inheritance and innovation,scientifically transforming and updating the traditional political system civilization,so as to revitalize it under new historical conditions and promote the development process of the“second combination”.
