摘 要:本研究在系统理论视角下,以职业技能竞赛选手的竞技能力为研究对象,采用系统理论分析框架,结合文献回顾、逻辑分析和专家咨询等研究方法,从理论和实践两方面对选手的竞技能力进行了全面的分析。本研究揭示了操作技能、心智技能、知识能力、心理能力、身体能力和战术能力六大核心子能力是构成选手竞技能力的关键因素;构建的竞技能力结构模型能有效指导个性化训练并提升选手的竞技表现;建议未来进一步开展实证研究以验证和完善模型,为职业教育的深度发展和技能竞赛水平的全面提升提供理论和实践支撑。From the perspective of system theory,this study takes the competitive ability of skill competition players as the research object,adopts a system theory analysis framework,and combines research methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and expert consultation to conduct a comprehensive theoretical and practical analysis of the competitive ability of players.The research results reveal that the six core sub abilities of operational skills,mental skills,knowledge abilities,psychological abilities,physical abilities,and tactical abilities are the key factors that constitute the competitive ability of players.The conclusion is that the constructed competitive ability structure model can effectively guide personalized training and improve the competitive performance of players.It is suggested that future research should further conduct empirical research to verify and improve the model,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for the deep development of vocational education and the comprehensive improvement of skill competition level.
