摘 要:校园法治教育政策推行至现在已取得显著成效,广大中小学生法律意识增强,提高了社会新生力量的政治思想素质,对学生全面发展,多元发展,以及预防未成年人犯罪具有重要意义。然而,在推行校园法治教育的主流下,仍然潜藏着不少的问题,如家庭法治教育的缺失;学校法治教育制度的缺陷;社会大众传媒的娱乐化等都向校园法治教育发出了挑战。本文以提升中小学生法律意识、预防未成年人犯罪为根本任务出发,探索校园法治教育中仍存在的问题并加以分析,结合理论经验与实践经验,提出家校共治;社会协作等路径,推动校园法律教育更加完善的发展。The implementation of campus legal education policies has achieved significant results so far.The legal awareness of primary and secondary school students has been enhanced,and the political and ideological quality of new social forces has been improved.It is of great significance for the comprehensive and diversified development of students,as well as the prevention of juvenile delinquency.However,under the mainstream of promoting campus legal education,there are still many hidden problems,such as the lack of family legal education;The shortcomings of the legal education system in schools;The entertainment oriented nature of social media has posed challenges to campus legal education.Starting from the fundamental task of enhancing the legal awareness of primary and secondary school students and preventing juvenile delinquency,this article explores the problems that still exist in campus legal education and analyzes them.Combining theoretical and practical experience,it proposes the concept of home school co governance;Through social collaboration and other means,promote the more comprehensive development of campus legal education.
