《民法典》视角下居住权制度的实施与完善

摘　　要：随着《民法典》的颁布实施,居住权制度作为我国民事权利体系中的新兴制度,在保障特定群体的居住利益、维护社会稳定和谐方面发挥着重要作用。然而从实践来看,该制度仍有待进一步完善。本文从居住权制度的基本概念出发,分析《民法典》视角下居住权制度在实施过程中所面临的问题与挑战,进而提出针对性的完善策略,以期推动居住权制度在实践中的更好落实,切实保障居民的合法权益。With the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code,the right to housing system,as an emerging system in China's civil rights system,plays an important role in safeguarding the housing interests of specific groups and maintaining social stability and harmony.Howeverin practicethe system stll needs further improvement.This article starts from the basic concept of the rightto housing system,analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the system in the implementation process from the perspective of the Civil Code,and proposes targeted improvement strategies to promote the better implementation of the right to housing system in practice and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of residents.
