摘　　要：乳业是畜牧业的重要组成部分,乳制品产业链条是最复杂的食品产业链条之一。乳制品安全不容忽视,并且是一个全球性的问题。荷兰在长期实践中已建立了相对完善的乳制品安全监管体系,基于此,从荷兰乳业的发展现状及特点、食品监管体系全面分析荷兰乳制品产业链条的监管优势,进而从原乳质量、监管机构、资金支持三方面对我国乳业食品安全监管提出发展建议,以推动我国乳制品安全监管高质量发展。The dairy industry is an important part of the animal husbandry industry,and the dairy product industry chain is one of the most complex food industry chains.Dairy product safety cannot be ignored and is a global issue.Through long-term practice,the Netherlands has established a relatively comprehensive dairy product safety supervision system.Based on this,this paper comprehensively analyzes the regulatory advantages of the Dutch dairy product industry chain from the development status and characteristics of the Dutch dairy industry and the food supervision system.Furthermore,it proposes development recommendations for the supervision of food safety in China′s dairy industry from three aspects:the quality of raw milk,regulatory authorities,and financial support,aiming to promote the high-quality development of dairy product safety supervision in China.
