演化博弈视角下绿色信贷政策对企业绿色技术创新决策的影响研究

摘　　要：绿色技术创新成为实现“双碳”目标和推动高质量发展的重要突破口,绿色金融在绿色转型发展中起到了关键作用。通过构建演化博弈模型,分析绿色信贷政策的作用机制与实施效果。研究表明,绿色信贷能有效激励企业采取绿色技术创新策略,尤其是污染企业相较于非污染企业表现更为显著。同时,企业的盈利能力和基准利率变化对企业策略选择产生重要影响。以上为全面理解绿色金融制度设计的微观作用机理和差异化影响提供了理论支持,并为优化绿色金融政策体系、推动绿色创新发展提供了可靠依据。Green technology innovation has become an important breakthrough to achieve the goal of"double carbon"and promote highquality development,and green finance has played a key role in the development of green transformation.Through the construction of evolutionary game model,this paper analyzes the action mechanism and implementation effect of green credit policy.The research shows that green credit can effectively encourage enterprises to adopt green technology innovation strategy,especially the performance of polluting enterprises is more significant than non-polluting enterprises.At the same time,the profitability of enterprises and the changes of benchmark interest rates have an important impact on the choice of corporate strategies.The above provides theoretical support for a comprehensive understanding of the micro-mechanism and differential impact of green financial system design,and provides a reliable basis for optimizing green financial policy system and promoting the development of green innovation.
