摘　　要：传统村落的价值评价对于其保护与可持续发展具有重要意义。为提高区域尺度指标的区分度及评价结果的科学性,本研究以漓江流域的传统村落为研究对象,构建了融合本体与区域尺度的价值评价体系。该体系涵盖历史、文化、艺术、科学、社会、经济和环境7个维度,共包含22项具体评价指标。本研究通过田野调查、问卷调查、访谈以及使用众包数据等多种方法进行数据收集,并结合定性与定量分析,对传统村落的价值进行系统评估。根据评估结果,将传统村落划分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级3个等级,以及山水人文类、传统风貌类、自然生态类和均衡类4种类型。基于村落等级和类型的划分,提出不同类型村落的差异化保护与利用策略,可为传统村落的保护与发展提供科学依据和实践指导。The value evaluation of traditional villages is of great significance for their protection and sustainable development.To improve the scientificity of the evaluation results and the differentiation of the regional scale indicators,a value evaluation system integrating the ontology and the regional scales was established for traditional villages in the Lijiang River Basin.The system covered seven dimensions of history,culture,art,science,society,economy,and environment,containing 22 specific evaluation indicators.The value of traditional villages was systematically evaluated by qualitative and quantitative analyses based on the data collected by a variety of methods,including field surveys,questionnaire surveys,interviews,and crowdsourced data.Based on the assessment results,the villages were classified into three levels:Ⅰ,ⅡandⅢ,as well as four types:landscape and cultural heritage type,traditional character and vernacular style type,natural and ecological type,and balanced type.Based on the classification of village levels and types,targeted protection and utilization strategies for different types of villages were proposed to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for the protection and development of traditional villages.
