摘　　要：在新财经教育综合改革背景下,为更好完成立德树人的根本任务,可将课程思政有效融入教学组织过程,发挥思想教育与专业教育协同育人的作用。而OBE教育理念、新财经教育理念以及建构主义学习理论为教学组织过程的开展提供了思路,据此设计了教学组织过程,以期为培养符合新时代要求的高素质复合型人才提供借鉴。Against the backdrop of the comprehensive reform of new finance and economics education,to better fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with integrity,it is feasible to effectively integrate ideological and political education in curriculum into the teaching organization process,bringing into play the collaborative educational function of ideological education and professional education.The OBE concept,the new finance and economics education concept,and the constructivist learning theory provide ideas for the implementation of the teaching organization process.Based on these,the teaching organization process is designed,aiming to offer ref-erence for cultivating high-quality compound talents who meet the requirements of the new era.
