摘　　要：大学文化建设的研究基本经历了萌芽-兴起-体系化-全面建设的四个发展阶段。开放大学作为以服务全民终身学习为宗旨的新型大学,既承担了高等教育的重要职能,又因其在职学习、在线学习的主要特征,形成了区别于普通高校的大学文化。结合开放大学文化基本功能与主要命题,从精神文化、制度文化、环境文化三个方面探究其文化建设之路,为开放大学的高质量发展增添动力。The research on cultural development in universities has generally undergone four stages:emergence,rise,systematization,and comprehensive construction.As a new type of university dedicated to serving lifelong learning for all,open universities not only undertake important functions of higher education but also,due to its distinctive features of on-the-job learning and online learning,develop a unique university culture that is distinct from traditional higher education institutions.By combining the basic functions and key themes of open university culture,this study explores the pathways for cultural development from three aspects:spiritual culture,institutional culture,and environmental culture,aiming to provide impetus for the high-quality development of open universities.
