摘  要:从制度牵引到标准驱动的政策之“新”、校企合作到产教融合的深度之“新”、体量追求到质量诉求的要求之“新”追问“双师型”教师队伍建设的现实需求;从“双师型”教师引才渠道不畅、企业动力不足、认定实效性不够、培养针对性不强审视“双师型”教师队伍建设的现实问题;以学校实践为经验,从引进、培育、评定、保障四条路径构建“引-育-评-保”四位一体的“双师型”高职院校教师队伍建设体系。This study investigates the evolving requirements for building a“dual-qualified”faculty in higher vocational colleges,transition from policy-driven to standards-driven frameworks,from traditional college-enterprise cooperation to deep integration of industry and education,and from quantity-focused objectives to quality-focused demands.It critically examines current issues in building a“dual qualified”faculty,including limited recruitment channels,insufficient industry motivation,ineffective certification practices,and inadequate targeted training.Drawing on the practices of higher vocational colleges,this study proposes a four-dimensional framework of“recruitment-training-evaluation-support”for building a“dual-qualified”faculty,aiming to construct an integrated framework for the development of dual-qualified faculty.
