摘　　要：通过分析当前女性人才培养面临的问题与挑战,特别是在高职教育中存在的性别偏见和培养模式单一化等问题,阐述高职产教融合对女性人才培养的积极作用,体现在提升女性人才的专业技能、增强实践能力和拓宽职业发展空间等方面。提出了基于高职产教融合的女性人才培养模式变革与创新的策略,包括优化课程体系、加强实践教学、深化校企合作以及推动性别平等教育等。通过高职产教融合推动女性人才培养模式的创新与发展,为女性人才的全面成长和社会的进步贡献力量。By analyzing the problems and challenges currently faced in female talent cultivation,especially the gender bias and homogenization of training models in higher vocational education,this study elaborates on the positive effects of the integration of vocational education and industry on female talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.These benefits include enhancing their professional skills,strengthening practical abilities,and broadening career development opportunities.It proposes strategies for reform and innovation of female talent cultivation models based on the integration of vocational education and industry in higher vocational colleges,including optimizing curriculum systems,strengthening practical teaching,deepening cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and promoting gender equality education.The aim is to promote the innovation and development of female talent cultivation models through the integration of vocational education and industry in higher vocational colleges,contributing to the comprehensive growth of female talents and social progress.
