数字经济赋能韶关制造业转型升级的效应与提升路径

摘　　要：构建数字经济发展和制造业转型升级定量模型,利用2015—2022年度时间序列数据,定量评价数字经济发展赋能韶关制造业转型升级的效应,结果发现:韶关制造业转型升级与数字经济发展呈现出相对一致的趋势性,韶关制造业转型升级指数与数字基础设施、数字产业化呈现出显著正相关关系。数字基础设施和数字产业化对韶关制造业转型升级的赋能作用明显要大于产业数字化。数字经济与韶关制造业转型升级的融合发展总体呈现出稳步上升的趋势,耦合协调度由中级协调、良好协调跃迁至优质协调阶段。韶关应紧抓国家“数据中心”建设机遇,以“提质”现代生态产业体系为目标,以强化数字基础设施建设(“强基”)、铸牢数字经济产业链(“铸链”)、推进数字经济与制造业深度融合(“推融”)和实现多主体跨区域/跨行业协同创新(“协同”)为基本路径,高效赋能韶关制造业转型升级。A quantitative model was constructed for the development of digital economy and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.Using time series data from 2015 to 2022,the study empirically evaluates the effect of digital economy development on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shaoguan.The findings reveal that the transformation and upgrading of Shaoguan's manufacturing industry exhibit a relatively consistent trend with the development of the digital economy.Specifically,the industrial upgrading index of Shaoguan’s manufacturing sector shows a significantly positive correlation with digital infrastructure and digital industrialization.The empowering role of digital infrastructure and digital industrialization in the transformation and upgrading of Shaoguan’s manufacturing industry is significantly greater than that of industrial digitization.The integration and development of the digital economy and the transformation and upgrading of Shaoguan’s manufacturing industry has shown a steady upward trend,with the coupling coordination degree transitioning from intermediate coordination,good coordination,and even to high-quality coordination.It is believed that Shaoguan should seize the opportunity of national“data center”construction,with the goal of“improving the quality”of the modern ecological industrial system.The basic path is to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure(“strong foundation”),solidify the digital economy industry chain(“chain casting”),promote the deep integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry(“promotion of integration”),and achieve multi-party cross regional/cross industry collaborative innovation(“collaboration”),effectively empowering the transformation and upgrading of Shaoguan’s manufacturing industry.
