摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会提出要健全促进实体经济和数字经济深度融合制度,完善实施区域协调发展战略机制。在新质生产力视域下,数字经济作为经济增长的新动能,逐渐成为驱动区域经济高质量发展的核心力量。从理论和实践两个层面探讨数字经济与区域经济的相互作用机制,分析数字技术在促进新质生产力发展中的关键作用,重点剖析数字经济对区域经济高质量发展带来的挑战和应对路径具有重要研究意义。从影响机制来看,数字经济通过优化产业结构、推动技术创新与数字化转型等手段对区域经济产生深远影响。同时,技术应用不足、人才匮乏和信息安全等问题也构成挑战。基于对这些问题的深入剖析,提出优化政策支持、强化技术研发、加快数字化推广、注重人才培养及推动产业融合等对策以应对挑战,并通过综合研究、定性分析论证其实施的可行性与潜在效果。同时,强调“首发经济”作为引领区域经济高质量发展的重要途径,剖析其对策实施中的关键难点和预期成效。这不仅为数字经济促进区域间协调发展的路径提供了理论框架,也为实践操作提供了有效借鉴。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee proposed to vigorously develop the digital economy,promote the coordinated development of regional economy and achieve high-quality promotion.From the perspective of new quality productivity,the digital economy,as a new driving force for economic growth,has gradually become the core force driving the high-quality development of regional economy.The study discusses the interaction mechanism between digital economy and regional economy from two aspects of theory and practice,analyzes the key role of digital technology in promoting the development of new quality productivity,and focuses on the challenges and countermeasures brought by digital economy to the high-quality development of regional economy.From the perspective of impact mechanism,digital economy has a profound impact on regional economy by optimizing industrial structure,promoting technological innovation and digital transformation.At the same time,insufficient application of technology,lack of talent and information security issues also pose challenges.Based on the in-depth analysis of these problems,the paper puts forward countermeasures such as optimizing policy support,strengthening technology research and development,accelerating digital promotion,focusing on talent training and promoting industrial integration,and demonstrates the feasibility and potential effects of its implementation through comprehensive research and qualitative analysis.The study further emphasizes the“first economy”as an important way to lead the high-quality development of regional economy,and analyzes the key difficulties and expected results in the implementation of its countermeasures.This study not only provides a theoretical framework for the digital economy to promote the coordinated development between regions,but also provides an effective reference for practical operation.
