县域普通高中振兴中家校社协同育人平台构建的实践探索——以县域普通高中T校为例

摘  要:为振兴县域普通高中,T校党委在家校社协同育人理念的指导下,构建了一系列的育人平台。通过线上线下家长学校和“校友论坛”“专家讲堂”“德育课堂”统整社会资源,打造德育平台。通过区域教研共同体的联合培养,社会教研机构的合作培养,名企助力的名校夏令营等形式构建培养拔尖生平台。通过建设多样化社团组织,依托本地红色基地,构建“社团+基地”的综合育人平台。在共同教育目标、共同育人理念指导下,家校社三方教育主体各有侧重、相互支撑、相互补充,大力提升学生核心素养,助力县中振兴。To revitalize the ordinary high schools in the county,the party committee of T school constructed a series of educational platforms under the guidance of the idea of home-school-community cooperative education.They integrated social resources to build a moral education platform through online and offline parent schools,alumni forums,and expert lecture halls.They constructed a platform for cultivating outstanding students through the joint cultivation of regional teaching and research communities,the cooperative cultivation of social teaching and research institutions,and the summer camp of famous schools supported by well-known enterprises.They also built a comprehensive educational platform of"community+base"by establishing diverse community organizations and relying on local red bases.Under the guidance of shared educational goals and educational philosophy,the three educational subjects of family,school,and society each have their own focus,support and complement each other,vigorously enhancing students'core literacy and contributing to the revitalization of the county's education.
