摘 要:《中华人民共和国学前教育法》正式颁发,标志着我国学前教育事业进入了规范化的新阶段,也对教师的专业化发展提出了新的要求。学前教育师范专业学生作为未来教育工作者的重要力量,其专业认知和职业能力对幼儿教育质量具有显著影响。本研究采集了A校的学前教育专业师范生学校专业培养调查结果数据作为主要研究对象,通过spss26.0统计学方法,通过深入分析432名学前教育师范生的专业认同感实证数据,探讨学前教育师范生目前专业认知、专业情感、专业行为和职业准备之间的相关性。基于此,本文明确提出了加大专业宣传力度,提升专业内涵、创新人才培养模式,提高师范生综合素质以及完善继续教育,提升专业形象等综合策略。The formal issuance of the law of the people's Republic of China on preschool education indicates that China's preschool education has entered a new stage of standardization,and also puts forward new requirements for the professional development of teachers.As an important force for future educators,preschool normal students'professional cognition and professional ability have a significant impact on the quality of early childhood education.This study collected the survey data of preschool education normal students'professional training in school a as the main research object.Through the statistical method of spss26.0,through in-depth analysis of the empirical data of 432 preschool education normal students'professional identity,this paper discussed the correlation between preschool education normal students'current professional cognition,professional emotion,professional behavior and career preparation.Based on this,this paper clearly puts forward the comprehensive strategies of strengthening professional publicity,improving professional connotation,innovating talent training mode,improving the comprehensive quality of normal students,improving continuing education and enhancing professional image.
