摘  要:S100a8和S100a9蛋白是S100蛋白家族的重要成员,可通过激活细胞内信号级联反应诱导炎症产生,同时其强大的钙离子结合能力使其在调控细胞收缩方面发挥重要作用。S100a8和S100a9不仅参与调节哮喘气道炎症,而且对哮喘气道高反应也具有保护作用。本文拟对S100a8、S100a9蛋白在哮喘气道炎症和气道高反应中的作用进行综述,为哮喘研究及防治提供新思路。S100a8 and S100a9 protein are important members of the S100 protein family.It can induce inflammation by activating intracellular signal cascade,and its strong calcium binding ability makes it play an important role in regulating cell contraction.It has been reported that S100a8 and S100a9 could not only regulate asthmatic airway inflammation,but also have a protective effect on asthmatic airway hyperresponsiveness.This article intends to review the role of S100a8 and S100a9 proteins in airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness in asthma,so as to provide new ideas for the research and prevention of asthma.
