数字时代高职生的劳动价值观偏颇及改进策略

摘  要:劳动价值观生成于人们利用工具与客体相互作用的关系之中,在劳动过程中发挥行为定向、动力维持和发展的作用。在数字时代中,高职生的劳动价值观在面临着新形态劳动冲击的同时,还遭遇多元价值的裹挟和冲突。通过实证调查,发现高职生的劳动价值观在大体上是积极向上的,能够正确认知劳动的价值和意义,诉诸积极的劳动价值表述行为。部分高职生存在劳动意识淡漠、倾向功利化、追求享乐等劳动价值观偏颇的问题。拓展劳动价值观教育形式、采用综合化的价值教育方法和营造浓郁的劳动文化氛围,能有效引导高职生形成健康的劳动价值观。Labor values are generated in the relationship between people’s use of tools and objects,and play the roles of behavior orientation,motivation maintenance and development in the labor process.In the digital age,the labor values of vocational college students are confronted with the impact of new forms of labor.Meanwhile,they are still encountered the coercion and confl ict of multiple values.Through the empirical investigation,it is found that the labor values of vocational college students are generally positive,and they can correctly recognize the value and signifi cance of labor,and resort to the positive labor value expression behavior.Some vocational college students have some bias of labor values,such as indifference to labor consciousness,tendency of utilitarianism and pursuit of pleasure.Expanding the forms of labor values education,adopting the comprehensive methods of value education and creating a strong labor culture atmosphere can effectively guide vocational college students in forming healthy labor values.
