摘　　要：新时代,构建警校社安全共同体有助于高校建设平安校园,有利于社区实现和谐稳定,有益于安全治理模式转型。但是,警校社安全共同体的建设存在痛点、弱点、难点和堵点,即协同建设意识薄弱、联防联控合力不强、资源共享困难、实践运行存在障碍等问题。为此,要推动警校社三方在理念上达成安全共同体建设共识,在机制上出台安全共同体建设举措,在平台上实现安全共同体信息共享,在经费上落实安全共同体建设保障。In the new era,building the police,schools and community security community will help maintain sound campuses,harmonious communities,and accelerate the transformation of the security governance model.However,there are pain points,weaknesses,difficulties,and bottlenecks in its process,i.e.,weak awareness of collaborative construction,weak joint prevention and control,difficulties in resource sharing and practical operation.To this end,we should promote the police,schools and community involved to agree on building a security community,introduce security community construction initiatives in the mechanism,realize the sharing of security community information on the platform,and implement the security community construction guarantee on the funding.
