中国“专精特新”企业国际化发展的挑战与对策分析

摘　　要：“专精特新”企业是创新发展的生力军,更是激发市场活力、促进经济高质量发展的重要力量,其国际化发展有利于企业利用更多的技术和资金进行创新,并获得更大的市场,从而实现竞争力的持续提升。采用理论和数据分析的方法梳理了中国“专精特新”企业的发展现状,发现中国“专精特新”企业在规模、技术创新、融资等方面取得了较大的成果,但距国际化水平还有一定的差距,仍存在创新水平偏低、数字化转型慢、品牌影响力不高、资金匮乏、市场规模小、缺乏国际竞争力等问题。采用案例研究方法总结了国内代表性城市推动“专精特新”企业提升竞争力,加速国际化发展的重要举措,并借鉴其先进经验,从技术创新开放、数据开放、金融开放及市场开放等四大要素的创新开放给出对策建议。SRDI enterprises are the new force and leader of innovation and development,and are also an important force to stimulate market vitality and promote high-quality economic development.Their international development is conducive to enterprises to use more technology and funds for innovation and obtain a larger market,thereby achieving continuous improvement in competitiveness.The development status of China's SDRI enterprises is sorted out by using theoretical and data analysis methods.It is found that China's SDRI enterprises have achieved great results in scale,technological innovation,financing and other aspects,but there is still a certain gap at the international level.There are still problems such as low innovation level,slow digital transformation,low brand influence,lack of funds,small market scale and lack of international competitiveness.This paper adopts the case study method to summarize the important measures taken by representative cities in China to promote the competitiveness of SDRI enterprises and accelerate their international development.By drawing on their advanced experience,this paper gives countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of innovation and openness of four major factors:technological innovation,data,finance,and market.
