数字技术赋能制造业企业生存优势的机制——基于生产要素创新配置中介作用的分析

摘　　要：在数字化浪潮下,数字技术正以前所未有的速度向制造业渗透,其能否助力制造业企业重塑生存优势,成为学界与产业界共同关注的焦点。基于此,借助中国工业企业数据库里的制造业企业的相关数据,考察数字技术赋能影响制造业企业生存的效应与机制。研究发现,数字技术赋能可以重塑制造业企业生存优势。平均而言,数字技术赋能水平每提高1%,制造业企业生存概率就增加53.71%。异质性检验表明,数字技术赋能重塑制造业企业生存优势的效果,在非国有企业、专业化经营企业、获得补贴企业、大规模企业中更为显著;相对于劳动密集型制造业,数字技术赋能重塑资金技术密集型制造业企业生存优势的效果更好;在东部区域、高科技创新区域及高知识产权保护区域,数字技术赋能重塑制造业企业生存优势的效应更强。机制检验表明,生产要素创新配置是数字技术赋能重塑制造业企业生存优势的重要机制,主要通过提高生产要素配置水平和交易效率两条路径实现。因此建议积极推动数实融合,加快发展新质生产力,助力制造业企业持续生存和高质量发展。Under the wave of digitization,digital technology is penetrating the manufacturing industry at an unprecedented speed.Whether it can help manufacturing enterprises reshape their survival advantages has become a focus of attention for both academia and industry.Based on this,using the data of manufacturing enterprises from the Chinese industrial enterprise database to examine the effects and mechanisms of digital technology empowerment on the survival of manufacturing enterprises.The study finds that digital technology empowerment can reshape the survival advantage of manufacturing enterprises.On average,for every 1%increase in the level of digital technology empowerment,the survival probability of manufacturing enterprises increases by 53.71%.Heterogeneity tests show that the effect of digital technology empowerment in reshaping the survival advantage of manufacturing enterprises is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises,specialized enterprises,subsidized enterprises,and large-scale enterprises.Compared with labor-intensive manufacturing,digital technology empowerment has a better effect on reshaping the survival advantages of capital-and technology-intensive manufacturing enterprises.In the eastern region,high-tech innovation regions and high intellectual property protection regions,digital technology empowerment has a stronger effect on reshaping the survival advantages of manufacturing enterprises.Mechanism tests show that innovative allocation of production factors is an important mechanism for digital technology to empower and reshape the survival advantages of manufacturing enterprises,which is mainly achieved through two paths:improving the level of production factor allocation and transaction efficiency.The research suggests actively promoting the integration of digital and real economies to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,thereby supporting the sustainable survival and high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.
